MAGNETIC PLASTER, it can hang materials to surface, that have the magnet in their back, like picture, poster without damaging to the paint thanks to the magnetic metal in its structure. It is plaster which is high adhesion strength, has fast-drying property, friction-resistant, does not change color, a high-performance. It can be hung things like pictures, posters to the wall or on a wooden surface without using a nail, tape, screw or glue. When ISONEM WRITE & ERASE VARNISH is applied on to it, an awesome combination is obtained, the wall becomes both writeable & erasable and magnet stickable. It is applied by mixing with water, does not smell, does not harm human health and environmental. ISONEM MAGNETIC PLASTER does not damage computer monitor, mobile phone, TV, credit card, ATM card even though it creates a magnetic field.

Surface preparation: The application surface must be smooth, firm and free from dust. The application surfaces should be primed with ISONEM D 10 LATEX (200 mL/m²) before application for good adherence. Before the primer application, the dyed surfaces should be made into erose by suitable equipment like a hammer and then primer application is started.

Application method: ISONEM MAGNETIC PLASTER (18 kg) and 6.5 L clean water are mixed homogeneously in a plastic container with a motorized mixer. The mixture is applied to a surface by troweling or spraying. The application is done as one or two layers and ISONEM MAGNETIC PLASTER applied with 1 mm thickness is sleeked and trowelled. If the second layer application will be, ISONEM D 10 LATEX (consumption of 200 mL/m²) application is done for increasing adherence between layers. After these processes, ISONEM WRITE & ERASE VARNISH or any interior paint can be applied. It should be waited for at least 24 hours for the paint application on ISONEM MAGNETIC PLASTER.

If waterbased interior paint application will be done on magnetic plaster,  it is suggested ISONEM D 10 LATEX (consumption of 200 mL/m²) for the purpose of increase adherence of paint to the plastered surface.
